The front staff tried to be helpful. Some had more knowledge than others, but their attempts were acceptable.
the bathroom door needed some force to close. the towel rack fell off the door. there was maintenance work next door with really annoying banging from 9am onwards. how lovely.

I found the staff very helpful during my four-night stay. The front desk provided useful information on local attractions, and they assisted with directions. The room included a silent mini bar stocked with complimentary mineral water. I also noticed the room had a useful welcome tray for coffee and tea making.

Breakfast offered fresh juice and a selection of pastries. Hot milk came in a separate pitcher for coffee, a nice touch. I observed a good variety of spreads and fresh bread.

The room included a functional fridge that stayed on even when the room was vacant. I noticed the hotel used an elevator with enhanced security features. The hotel had clean premises overall. I did not observe any issues .

Staff greeted guests WARMly each morning. The reception staff are helpful with directions. They assisted me in finding local transportation options. I did not experience any issues with checking in or out.

I found the location unbeatable. It was a short walk to gare du nord, only a few stops from cdg airport. this central train terminal made it easily accessible for me. the staff answered all my questions before i arrived. This was helpful, and i appreciated it. the hotel was charming, with soft beds, great lighting, and fantastic water pressure. the air-conditioning was a great addition during the summer months.
The bathroom door needed a little force to close. This wasn't a big deal, but something i noticed.

The single room was clean and fully updated. I especially liked the bathroom updates. the decor felt modern and vibrant, and the bed was very comfortable. it had everything i needed from coffee to fluffy towels.

The location was excellent and really close to the subway station. This made it easy to get around. it was convenient to be near several good restaurants and grocery stores. i found the quiet side street to be a nice bonus.

The staff was polite and cute, which i appreciated. one gentleman gave me helpful advice on how to get to disneyland. This saved me time and hassle. they were also very helpful in getting me some extra supplies that i needed.

I found a wonderful restaurant right around the corner from the hotel, which i loved. A staff member recommended it. the hotel had a great breakfast and a person serving. I enjoyed starting my day this way. the lobby area was available for us to play cards.
